I got a new job!!
Not that I don't like my current job, and that it wasn't the perfect starting point for me after college, but... I got a new job, and it's going to be so great.
I'm
so excited to announce that I will be the new Director of Communications
for the Lebanon R-3 School District starting in June! (For those of you who don't know, I live in southwest Missouri). There's no doubt in my mind that God
100% provided this position, and I'm so blessed to use my communication &
PR skills in the fulfilling field of education. This is a community that's dear to my heart, and it's such an honor that I'll get to make a positive impact on the future of Lebanon's students, the district faculty, and the community as a whole.
My fiancé teaches 6th grade and coaches football and basketball in Lebanon, so it's such a blessing that we'll be working in the same city with so many great people (and that I won't be commuting 2+ hours per day as I had planned).

ReplyDeleteCongratulations!! I'm in the same boat - I've been at my job for almost two years (first job after graduating college) & am ready for a change. This gives me hope!
